How this site was built

I built this site with Claude Code, and I maintain it the way I maintain documentation: as plain text files in version control.

Two agents help keep it current

case-study-writer interviews me about a new AI project and drafts the case study. It uses only the facts I give it and marks anything unknown for me to fill in.

site-reviewer checks accessibility, links, mobile layout, and consistency before I publish. It reports problems and leaves the fixes to me.
